At Ki Māha we do not accept specific seating requests.
Your booking allows a 2-hour dining window, late arrival will result in a shortened dining window. If you are travelling from Auckland, please consider that at peak travel times, ferries are often full and run behind. We recommend organising an earlier ferry where possible and pre-booking your taxi.

Please advise when you book of any allergies and please also advise your waiter on the day. Whilst we will make every effort we cannot guarantee our food to be free of nuts, gluten or shellfish traces. We can make some dishes vegan, but we do not have specific vegan dishes nor specialise in vegan cuisine.

Ki Māha is not suitable for children 12 and under, we do not have a children’s menu or highchairs available.

A minimum standard of dress is required at Ki Māha, which would best be described as smart casual. Footwear is required at all times.

Dogs are allowed on our front deck only, by prior arrangement with management, and at the earliest booking slot for our lunch and dinner service only. Our front deck is a weather-dependent area.

Bills at Ki Māha can only be divided by equal payments and be split by a maximum of 4 for any table. We cannot accomodate itemised payments.
Credit card surcharge of 1.9% applies on all Visa, Mastercard and PayWave transactions.
A 20% public holiday surcharge applies on public holiday observed days.
A credit card Booking Guarantee of $50.00 per person is required. Funds will be verified, but not charged to your card at the time.

Bookings cancelled within 48 hours, no shows, or arrivals with less numbers than booked will incur a $50 per person fee charged to the saved card.Please make sure you have read and understood our booking terms and conditions.

We collect your personal information in order to:

• take bookings
• reply to queries
• add people to our email database who opt in

Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter phone number, email address and name, we’ll be unable to confirm bookings. We keep your information safe by never storing payment details, these are stored by ResDiary and subject to their strict security policies. Any personal data that is held by us is held securely and only able to be accessed by management.
You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
