This is an amazing opportunity for exceptional wait staff to work in a dream location on Onetangi Beach, Waiheke Island. Ki Māha is the newest hospitality destination restaurant and wine brand, that delivers a high quality hospitality offering.

We are looking for passionate wait staff at a high level, who love providing a high level of customer service to take on full time positions at Ki Māha, for the current summer season and beyond. You must possess a passion for the dining scene, and be self motivated with a can do attitude.

To create a great work life balance on beautiful Waiheke Island, the ideal candidate must be currently living on the island or can relocate within the next two weeks.

About the roles
We are looking for waiters and waitresses capable of delivering exceptional customer service experiences, and maintaining a high level of service even under pressure. Creating great dining stories for our customers is something we want you to be passionate about. This is a senior role and the ideal candidate should have at least 1 year experience as a senior waiter / waitress.
Duties/ Competencies
- Competently take food and beverage orders, serve orders, answer questions and attend to customer requests with a great can do attitude.
- Extensive knowledge of food glossary and beverage list, to be able to competently inform customer choices
- Use sales techniques to up-sell or add-on sell on menu items.
- Positive attitude, outgoing, friendly personality, able to work well under pressure and in a team environment.
- Good communication skills (oral)
