Your restaurant booking allows a 2-hour dining window, late arrival will result in a shortened dining window. During the peak summer period and most weekends year-round, ferries can often be full. We recommend planning for an earlier ferry where possible and pre-booking any taxi travel.

A credit card Booking Guarantee of $50.00 per person is required. Funds will be verified, but not charged to your card at the time. Bookings cancelled within 48 hours, no-shows, or arrivals with fewer numbers than booked will incur a $50 per person fee charged to the saved card.

There is a Credit card surcharge of 2.25% applies on all Visa, Mastercard and PayWave transactions, and bills at Ki Māha restaurant Waiheke can only be divided by equal payments and be split by a maximum of 4 for any table. We cannot accommodate itemised payments.
